Working as Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Hotel Project.Main duties including not limited to
 Lead the Interim Payment process to Subcontractors and where appropriate Suppliers.
 Ensure all Subcontractor Variation as per Main Contractor where applicable.
 Raising and authorization of Subcontract variation documentation including evaluation of budget through to final agreement.
 Lead in Subcontractor or Supplier procurement and Finalization / recommending of Subcontractors.
 Preparation of monthly cost reporting, budget management and cost to complete forecasting
 Preparing ongoing Risk and Opportunity report.
 Monitoring all incoming Client, Subcontractor correspondences and draft responses for issue, particularly in respect of matters of Contract.
 Ensure maintenance of all necessary contemporaneous site records for use in extension of time or cost implications of change.
 Sound experience in using construction software ERP MS Dynamics AX and CCS

 Individually handling the site & reporting to the Chief Quantity Surveyor / Sr. Quantity Surveyor
 Preparation of P & L Reports
 Involved in the preparation of monthly valuations and agreeing with Consultants
 Preparation of New Rates & Raising Variations
 Subcontractor Procurement - Sending Enquiry to subcontractors & Appointment of Subcontractors.
 Preparing Subcontract Agreement / Orders
 Certifying subcontractor payments
 Preparing Final Accounts
 Preparing Projections & Cash Flows
 Reviewing the Consultancy agreement between the Client and Consultant using the FIDIC Client/ Consultant Model Services Agreement.
 Initiating Contractual Correspondences to Client, Consultant and Subcontractors, and preparing Interim details.
 Monitoring site progress / activities, Identify and raise variations
 Co-ordinates with the Execution Team so as to be aware of any discrepancies that occurs during execution time that may lead to a variation.
 Coordination with the Engineering Dept. to prepare as built and shop drawings, so that any variations, as and when occurs, may be claimed within the given time constraint mentioned in the Contract Documents.
 Sound experience in using construction software Build-smart system

Monitoring Site Progress or activities, Material and Subcontract Procurement, Quantity take off, Preparing Subcontractor and Main Contractor Bills, Labors allocation and Job Planning.
