 Follow-up Project Quality Control Program
 Review and check Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Project/Construction Specification, Method of Statement, and approved IFC drawings for civil works.
 Perform inspections and verifications during construction activities in accordance with requirements of the Inspection and Test Plans.
 Preparation Technical Submittals for Material Submittal as per project specification standard
 Responsible for raising inspection (RFI) and tests in the area of civil works.
 Preparation of Hold Point Release (HPR) as per Civil Work
 Coordinate with 3rd Party Testing /Inspection related to civil works. (Example: Soil, Sub Base, Base course / FDT, DFT, Concrete test, Concrete Compressive Result)
 Verification of Material Delivery after that Preparation of Material Inspection (MERSI) submitted.
 Attending of Weekly Safety / Quality site walk down with RC
 Preparation of Material Selection Approval (MSA)/ Mock-UPS
 Preparation of QC Daily Report, Weekly Report & QA/QC Monthly Report (CMQR)
 Preparation for quality weekly inspector report submit to Quality Control Manager.
 Preparation for Real Card as per RC Specification Standard.
 Ensures that any measurement & testing instrument to be used related to civil works are functional and calibrated
 Preparation and Maintaining RFI Log, MERSI Log, MSA Log, QAN Log, Inspection Measurement and Test Equipment (Calibration) Log, Mock Up Log & 3rd part test Report Log (Example: Soil Report, Compaction Report, Concrete comparation test Reported.)
 Supervision of water pipe line work, execution of trenches and backfilling.
 Supervision of sub structure and super structure activities at site.
 Supervision of architecture works at site
 Conduct inspection for Asphalt Road works and implement the quality control requirement as per company requirements/standards.
 Attending Pre-Installation Coordination Meetings.
 Co-ordinates with Consultant.
 Conduct walkthrough, final walk down and generate punch list for all civil construction works.
 Perform other related duties as may be required by Head of the Project.
 Prepare quantity survey as per B.O.Q Item Civil Work (Example: Sub-Structure, Super Structure, Precast Work (Wall Panels, Hollow core & Double-T Slabs) and Finishing Works.
 Monitor of shop drawings, Red Line drawings & As-Built Drawing Logs.
 Supporting of Project Schedule Only (Using by: Primavera Project Planner 3.1.)
 Preparation of Proposed Billing Schedule.
