Works undertaken for different projects:
• Assisting with conceptual design development throughout the completion.
• Leading the preparation of comprehensive technical drawings, interior detailing packages, and construction documentation in line with approved design concepts.
• Coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Overseeing site implementation, ensuring design intent is maintained through construction and fit-out phases.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and design compliance.
• Reviewing and approving shop drawings, material submittals, FF&E selections, and mock-ups, ensuring alignment with design and project specifications.
• Identifying and resolving any technical or construction-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards across all interior works.
• Supervise junior architects and CAD technicians, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Leading the production of photorealistic 3d perspective visualizations with 3d artists.
• Prepare and verify as built documentation for project handover and post-completion review.

SAAS Properties, a property division under MBS Investments group is one of the leading real estate developers in the UAE. Worked directly under Senior Architect / Interior Designer Aureilusz Pisarzewski, a Polish architect and Senior Interior Designer Ms. Debora Lagana who is from Italy, on large scale real estate projects including luxury villas, luxury retails, F&B and high rises in prime locations within Dubai, UAE. Also worked in hand to hand with 2XL Furniture & Home Decor in some projects, which is also belongs to the same group.
