• Complete Repair and Maintenances of DC/AC motors and Generators.
• Maintain PPM task sheets & fill it correctly as per the guidelines mentioned in the Task Sheet.
• Maintenance of all Electrical and instrumentation work in annual shutdown of 65 TPH and 200 TPH boiler, 41 MW Generator and Steam Turbine.
• Erection and Commissioning of Biomass Power Plant.
• Condition survey of all Electrical assets listed in the PPM calendar.
Functional utility flow charts of the site and assist the Supervisor in smooth operation of the site.
• Replaces defective bulbs, tubes and starters.
• Check Meter readings as per the guidelines received.
The safety of the site and inform all health & Safety issues to the line manager.
• Installation of new wiring and equipment as directed.
• Repairing of all electrical equipments and circuits as necessary.
Checking all circuits and switches are clearly marked for emergency use.
• Working knowledge on ELV systems (BMS / Access Control & FA/FF system).
• Skills in electrical circuit connections and operation.
• Installation of motor control circuits in conduit and trunking in compliance with the relevant electrical codes of the country.
• Knowledge of measuring and indicating instruments and testing the associated equipment of the main switchboard and motor control panels.
• Tracing circuits and rectify faults.
The Earthling mash project on the site.
• Maintenance and find Faults and repair/ replace isolators and distribution boards, Control panels, Domestic and industrial power and lighting installations, LV and HV cabinets in the MCC’s and Transformers un their Designing Rooms.
• Experience in cable laying and cable termination project of all the cabinets, motors, transformers, instruments installed on the site.
• Supervising the Electrical Team and Contractors for the internet wiring system and related works of the site.
• Operation and Maintenance work as a E&I Technician on site.
OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Takes responsibility for specialist Electrical Services Maintenance works awarded to Sub contractors.
• Knowledge of Electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
• Checking that Task sheet contains correct service sequence as mentioned in the O&M manual.
• Check and inform all technical tasks as listed in the PPM or due to breakdowns of machinery are carried out efficiently and are of the highest professional standards possible within the company safety requirement.
