Implementing the procurement strategy and policies, Forecasting the procurement needs of upcoming projects, Continually developing expertise to support growth for new projects, Building and developing relationships with key suppliers and customers, Ordering materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved and continuously review quotations in order to ensure the best price is being attained, Preparing purchase requisitions, approving and issuing purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions, Planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipment in a timely and cost effective manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications, Assisting in the tendering process, Collecting request from concerned people at work sites to purchase materials, Making price comparison reports out of the available quotations, Ensuring that all materials are delivered in time and in correct quantity and obtaining the delivery note, Forwarding clearance to finance dept. for payment.
JI have worked as Electrical Site Engineer in Riyadh Metro Earthing and bonding work for line6-Viaducts. For supply, install, testing, commissioning of earthing and bonding system for viaducts.
I have worked as a Project Engineer (Medium voltage & Low voltage) for Planning, Estimating, Quality Supervision of Erection, testing & commissioning team of contractors & suppliers in site. Monthly schedule with available man power. Prepare the inward material like LV Cables, lighting fixtures as per BOQ, Termination and testing, commissioning of
L.V Panels & Termination and testing, commissioning of 33KV MRMU,
1000 K.V.A Package Sub Station (both L.V and RMU (M.V) side). Coordinate with SEC (Saudi Electricity Board) to get approval for Substation and MRMU. Prepare Monthly Progressive Invoice calculation sheet. Analyzing work progress as per the weekly and monthly target, coordinating with Consultant and other related people, raising inspections, Monitoring and supervising of works & Prepare Daily, weekly, and Monthly reports as per project efficiency.
I have worked as Electrical Engineer (Low voltage) for Planning, Estimating, Quality Supervision of Erection, testing & commissioning of Erection of LV Panel, MCC, and Distribution board a n d Supervision of cable installation (LV Room & Electrical Room).
