Managing projects from Initiation, through Planning, Execution to completion
Verified project designs to ensure operational accountability and project objectives
Coordinate with Airport Engineers, Air Traffic controllers and other departments to organize project implementations as per the timeline
Ensuring that all engineering work is carried out in accordance with specifications, statutory requirements, laws, rules, HSE regulations and other contractual requirements

Preparing documents for material approvals, coordinating material inspection with clients

Liaise with engineers, and necessary personnel to schedule required activities.
Monitoring and controlling each activity throughout the execution of the project to meet quality and achieve project objectives
Responsible for preparing project documents and assisting Project manager for preparing project progress reports and project closing activities.
Installing, configuring and maintaining Servers, Workstations, switches, routers, IP Phones, VPN and firewall. SQL Database, AD, DNS, DHCP, Outlook, etc.
Installing and configuring ERP, Clinic Management Software applications
Configuration Mail Server, E-mail back up, archiving solution, Data Backup Solutions
Afforded appropriate authorization levels necessary to access windows servers, application server and storage servers by modifying user profiles.
Managed logging of IT helpdesk tickets acquired through phone, email and online system; afforded first level of IT troubleshooting by phone, remote login and on site.
Monitoring servers for event errors, disk usage and anti-virus updates. Troubleshooting of hardware/software issues of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, network devices and smart devices.
Obtained quotes, prepared paperwork, schedules repairs, confirmed and followed up deliveries by coordinating with vendors.
