• Monitoring and supervising the Soft Services/Custodial and landscapes works at Sidra Medicine(Health Care Facilities- www.sidra.org) at Doha Qatar, and analyze the plan complex of Soft Services/Custodial and Landscape program & Schedules, ensuring proper distribution of assignments, adequate manning, and supplies equipment for subsequent performance of the duties.
• Compiles daily, weekly, monthly report of landscape & custodial, analyzing indicating report. Prepare periodic report of analysis setting forth progress report, adverse trends, appropriate recommendation and conclusions.
• Prepare the O&M/SOP for Landscape/Irrigation/Soft Services and Hospitality Services.
• Prepare SOP for Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPMs) and Corrective Maintenance (CMs) for Landscape/Irrigation and Soft Services.
• Uploads the data for Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPMs), Corrective Based Maintenance (CBMs) and CM for Landscape-Irrigation systems, Soft Services and Hospitality Services in the CAFM systems.
• PTW review and issuing for as applicant for SSP - General Services and Controller for O&M SSP in the CAFM system.
• Review in CAFM systems data for Operation Management, Overseeing the PPM and CM and generate the Monthly Progress reports and analyzing the data for KPI.
• Invoicing and BPA releases in the ERP systems as buyer for SSP.
• Purchase requester, Buyer and issuing of WCC in the CAFM-ERP integrated System
• Reviewing the KPIs of Contractors, based on Monthly Reports/SLA and accordingly implements for the KPI breach
• Long Term planning regarding fiscal needs, renovation, construction, maintenance, repair of secondary roads parking Lots, athletics areas and in the activities of personnel and contractors engaged in ground Maintenance.
• Recommend to purchase materials, equipment's, and other services to custodial and landscape section.
• Reviewing the Maintenances & Renovation of landscapes, Trimming, Mowing, Thatching, Applications of Fertigation, Fumigation, Bio-fertilizers, Manures, Pesticides, Fungicides and Selection of Turf Machinery etc.
• Plantation of Plants, Turf, Ground Covers, Turf Maintenance &Farm Management.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, order placements and Material and Equipment sourcing, to ensure timely availability of all required things for completion of projects as per scheduled plan.
• Participation in preparation of budget and prepare the work scope, full involvement in tender process with Procurement dept. and Bidders.
• Project Estimation, Bidding & Tendering, Project Work Schedule, Analysis and review of Projects and its feasibility technically as well as financially.
• Preparation of Project documentations for submission to the Contractors, Consultants and Clients.
• Understanding and implementation of EHS/WHS, QC/QA & EMS at all managed
• Maintenances & Renovation of landscapes, Trimming, Mowing, Thatching, Applications of Fertigation, Fumigation, Bio-fertilizers, Manures, Pesticides, Fungicides and Selection of Turf Machinery etc.
