As An IT support Engineer I’m responsible for the day to day monitoring of Windows servers via Remote Desktop.
Creation of User profiles, adding network drives, scan to send and network printers.
Managing ERP System (Jobboss and accounting system QuickBooks Enterprise solutions)
Administration of Office 365 Exchange mail, rules creation and Azure Ad connect.
Aruba wireless, cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewall administration.
Configuration of cisco IP Phones and printer handling.
PC’s Health monitoring via Sophos Central and Encryption of Disks by Sophos Safeguard.
Manage PC’S, Servers patch management and making Inventories of PC’s managed by Desktop Central Manage Engine.
Administration of Symantec Backup Exec 2012 server (both tape and disk).
Day to day software and network troubleshooting, software installation and configurations, Active Directory Server User Management, IT support for the ISG Main Office, Site Offices as well as Qatar Rail Redline North Underground Office and Project consulting team Jacobs(UK)
