Knowledge of all Hardware used in DCS ESD System, NIO, IRP, PDP, FGS, Network, Server cabinets and electrical wiring for yokogawa projects
Inspecting, monitoring and controlling technicians through out the panel assembly process
Inspecting and preparation of punches for cabinet wiring, Nestloading, Bill of material and GA IA drawing
Involved in the entire project related activities
Successfully completed manufacturing, Pre-FAT, FAT (Cabinet visual inspection, Grounding check, Cabinet power up, Hardware loop check, Functionality Check, Punch closure)
Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements, specifications, and standards
Quality check of cabinets
Extended support for FAT & PREFAT
Contribute to the development of project schedules and manpower requirements.
Interacting with customers
Punch updating
Provides technichal support to project
Programming multiple brands of PLCs includes Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, ABB, GE Fanuc, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron. Also having work experience in Human Machine Interface, SCADA, Variable Frequency Drives, Servo Drives, Industrial Networking, Programmable Automation Controllers.
