For 3 years, I worked within the Manpower Services Dept. reporting directly to the Associate Executive Director - initially as a Senior Administrator & more recently as Talent Management Specialist. As of May ’16, following a departmental split, I now work as part of a team responsible for the implementation of the new Organisation & Management Division.
Responsibilities Include:
• Working as part of the Talent Management Development Team, in the implementation of all Talent Management processes including the introduction of SAP Success Factors.
• Sourcing suitable candidates and preliminary screening of candidates to fill vacant posts within the department.
• Responsible for managing training and development processes from start date to completion. Ensuring all associated documentation such as training plans and records etc. are submitted in a timely manner.
• Managing staff attendance/leave, processing data using Oracle system, ensuring staff evaluations are processed on time.
• Organising meetings - developing agendas, composing memos for all related actions, transcribing minutes & tracking follow-up to completion.
• Establishing user-friendly databases and developing organisational charts using Microsoft Visio.
• Acting as primary contact for all HR queries and resolving where possible.
Key Achievements:
• Deliveredproject on recruitment & selection procedures in MNGHA.
• Conducted Skills Gap Analysis.
• Delivered proposal on performance management at MNGHA.
Responsibilities Included:
• Acted as first point of contact for all employee relations issues, proactively maintaining positive relationships between HR and employees.
• Liaising with hospital staff on an on-going basis.
• Responsible for monitoring employee absenteeism.
• Managing Leave administration.
• Processing Pension Rate of Pay Applications.
• Provided administrative support in the Diabetes Centre & Medical Oncology.
Responsibilities Included:
• Responsible for processing claims for submission to the various health insurance companies.
• Training new employees in the department on the use of the hospital system.
• Super User of the Meditech hospital system for Billing & Accounts receivable.
• Amending accounts billed incorrectly on the system & updating certain features of the system.
Key Achievements:
Instrumental in developing a system whereby data could be extracted from Meditech efficiently & effectively in a shorter timeframe.
