• Preparation of bank reconciliation and keep updated on banking activities for posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Process invoice for client payment by verifying documentation and requiting disbursements
• Review vendor account reconciliations and record petty cash liquidations
• Assist in preparing quarterly VAT Filling and returns
• Ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with IFRS
• Assist in all other tasks in the purchase to payable processes
• Preparation of balance sheet profit and loss statements and monthly report generation
