Reviews and processes purchase orders.
•Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.
•Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers.
•Builds and maintains relationships with vendors/ contracts.
•Evaluates vendors based on quality, timeliness and price.
•Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders.
•Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services.
•Coordinates with fellow managers to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
•Keeps up with trends in procurement.
•Travels to vendor locations.
•Fluent working knowledge of ventage software
•Contribute to drafting and Medical tender specification in KOC, KNPC and JO
•Coordinate with Medical Camps ( KSP, KALA Kuwait, All Indian School…Etc)
•Support the management team for technical recommendation in bid assessment processes.
•Pro-actively manage suppliers, identify and managing supply risks
•Manage inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
•Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.
