Report directly to Assistant General Manager.
• Assist Assistant General Manager in pre-engineering, tender evaluations, contracts, plans and estimates.
• Assist Assistant Project Development Manager in planning & scheduling new projects including material procurement, ensuring good quality of work at a minimum cost
• Controls, and assist the on-going civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation projects.
• Attending daily project meeting with managers in different disciplines & site meetings with the
contractors.
• Approve & Conduct field site inspection site surveys prior for execution in everyday project activity.
• Follow-up projects under construction review and approve invoices as per accomplishment of on-going project.
• Review and approve shop drawings to be released to construction.
• Review and final approve drawings from international & local consultants and various local and international supplier
• Review mechanical, Electrical as well as P&I drawings for projects.
• Designing complete and comprehensive technical working drawings and specifications.
• Operates computer to monitor equipment using the AutoCAD, Staad pro, Primavera, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio and other office software applicable to.
• Assist with development of standard details and standard site layouts for the various site types.
• Prepare Monthly progress reports and completion reports.
• Responsible for the proper construction and installation in accordance with supplier method and approved by the Ministry.
• Approve & Conduct field site inspection prior for execution in everyday project activity.
• Evaluating, checking and approving contractor invoices and material submittal on behalf of
clients.
• Attending site meeting in all projects.
• Checks and approve the engineering shop drawing /plan, specifications as well as standards, as
per approved for Site implementation.
• See to it that all general obligations stipulated in the existing main contract Agreement and specification and have executed the work to the full satisfaction of the owner.
• Conduct quality control and safety in every projects.
• To evaluate the work execution daily, weekly or monthly and the percentage of work accomplished.
• To assure safety of the work condition and always check if crew are properly wearing their individual safety gadgets and equipment.
• Operates computer to monitor equipment using the Staad pro, Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, Microstation and other office software applicable to
• Prepare Monthly progress report of the project.
•• Conduct field site inspection and safety procedures and precautions.
• Civil designs aspects includes: preparation of Site Grading plans, Erosion control plans,
landscaping plans if required. Drainage design if required depending on site location.
• Develops sites with “best value: mentality, proving an engineering design.

• Study and analyze change orders and claims and show their effect on the overall project schedule and budget.
• To evaluate the work execution daily, weekly or monthly and the percentage of work accomplished.
• Advise an potential hazards at work site.
• Prepare appropriate safety requirements for inclusion in Work Method Statement.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment.
• Ensure site security, fire, First Aid and welfare facilities and procedures appropriate to the work
are provided and properly maintained.
• Ensure all agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are observed.
• Operates computer to monitor equipment using the Staad pro, Primavera, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, Microstation and other office software applicable to
