Project Description : Construction of 18 different Buildings complex and also include mental health
rehabilitation for people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction disorders. Project
has a floor area of 90, 932 m2, comprising a Main Building for Outpatients, Social Club,
9 units Villas, Male and Female Pods, Mosque and 3 units Substations. The Center
includes a basement containing parking spaces for 306 cars, services and store rooms,
technical rooms, pool or recreation area and rooms for clinical purposes.
Responsibilities
❖ Responsible for the installation of Metal and Wooden Doors including its set of ironmongeries.
❖ Responsible for the installation of stainless steel frame with fixed glass partition.
❖ Supervised installation of curtain walls, glass and glazing by the sub-contractor (SASCO).
❖ Supervised installation of joinery works by the sub-contractor (AL MANJARA JOINERY).
❖ Supervised installation of sculptured plaster by the sub-contractor (IMAR TRADING).
❖ Supervised installation of elevator cabin internal finishes by the sub-contractor (KONE/DUBAI METAL)
❖ Supervised installation of GFRC wall cladding panel by the sub-contractor (GULF GRC & TRADING)
❖ Preparing vendors/subcontractors Prequalification Submittal for Client’s review and approval.
❖ Preparing materials submittal for Consultants/Client’s review for approval.
Project Title : Qatar Foundation Stadium Project (Design and Build)

Project Description : Construction of a Qatar Foundation Stadium Project . Project has a floor area of
70, 932 m2, comprising a Main Building for FIFA World Cup 2022, Male and Female
Pods, Mosque and 3 units Substations. The center includes a basement containing
parking spaces for 306 cars, services and store rooms, technical rooms, pool or
recreation area and rooms for clinical purposes.
Responsibilities
❖ Responsible for extracting from Contract documents, a listing of all construction materials required to
be procured.
❖ Preparing construction material procurement status register for daily basis updating if required.
❖ In-charge to check the scheduled / vendor Suppliers with regards in complying all the requirements
mandated by the project specification.
❖ Responsible for the sourcing of construction materials to meet the Project specification requirements.
❖ Responsible for solving construction material specification conflicts with the Client’s consultants.
❖ Preparing project tender documents for RFQs to be issued to the reputable companies/bidders.
❖ Preparing construction material quantity take-offs including Scope of Works and Responsibility
Matrix.
❖ Preparing information/response to tender clarification that being raised by the Bidders.
❖ Responsible for the obtaining of competitive construction material quotations.
❖ Responsible for the comparison and evaluating of construction material commercial and technical
offers among bidders/recommending the construction material to be submitted to the Project
Manager.
❖ Responsible for submitting vendors/subcontractors Prequalification if not listed in the Client’s
preferred vendors for review and approval.
❖ Responsible for the collection of construction material data / samples such that a construction
material submittal can be made to the Consultant/Client for approval.
❖ Responsible for making a construction material submittal to the Client.
❖ Responsible for advising the Project Manager of the results of the Client’s review of construction
material submittals.
❖ Responsible for maintaining electronic and hard copy of all construction materials considered / used
for the Project.
❖ Responsible for maintaining correct and efficient filing / storing of all construction material related
documents / samples.
❖ Reviewing Purchased Order (Local & Overseas) and confirmation of orders and services.
❖ To follow-up the Procurement plan accordingly and ensure that required materials are available as
per site requirement.

Project Description : Construction of a healthcare building complex for mental health rehabilitation for
people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction disorders. Project has a floor area of
70, 932 m2, comprising a Main Building for Outpatients, Social Club, 5 units Villas, Male
and Female Pods, Mosque and 3 units Substations. The Center includes a basement
containing parking spaces for 306 cars, services and store rooms, technical rooms, pool
or recreation area and rooms for clinical purposes. The project has been designed to
attain GSAS 3-Star Certification.
Responsibilities
❖ To promote and support the continuing development of a culture of quality work, especially with
respect to the individual’s responsibilities and duty to produce quality work at all times.
❖ To conduct quality inspection of the work executed on site on a daily basis in accordance with the
Project Specifications, approved Shop Drawings and all other related works method of statement and
procedures.
❖ To conduct testing of construction materials/work executed on site (such as ready mix concrete
temperature/slump test, FDT, etc.) or carried out by the engineer approved Third Party Independent
Materials Testing Laboratory/Agency for the material samples that need to be tested off site and
inspection of all materials delivered on site which is approved to use for the permanent works with
the presence of
Project Title : Construction of Al Wakra Hospital
Client : Public Works Authority (ASHGHAL)

Project Description : Al Wakra Hospital will be Qatar’s largest and most modern healthcare facility. The
hospital has 3 main hospital buildings, administration building with basement, multi-
storey carpark including roof top covered with high frequency fabric with basement,
service building, water reservoir/tanks, cooling towers, water features, landscaping
with irrigation system, hardscape, roads asphalt, helipad and complete underground
combined services. The hospital building is spread over 128, 000 sq. meters within the
304, 000 square-meter premises. One of the three main hospital buildings has seven
floors including mechanical rooms at seventh floor and the other two buildings has
three floors including mechanical rooms at second floor. The hospital has 321 beds for
inpatients and its parking lot has space for 1, 000 cars. There are eight gates for entry
into the hospital premises. The three hospital buildings have a total of 26 elevators.
Responsibilities
❖ Supervised service building, water tank reservoir and pumping station for all structural and finishing
works in coordination with all MEP services.
❖ Supervised all works to be carried out on site steel fabrication yard for all respective areas/buildings.
❖ Responsible of ordering and receiving steel reinforcement reqt’s delivered from reputable suppliers.
❖ Supervised roof waterproofing system works to be carried out by the sub-contractor (BMC Qatar)
❖ Supervised all floor screeding works to be carried out considering the required floor finishes schedule.
❖ Supervised waterproofing system for sub-structure elements by the sub-contractor (Unicon Qatar).
❖ Supervised roof upstand walls expansion joint aluminium cover/flashing installation.
❖ Supervised setting or installation of reconstituted marble flooring.
❖ Supervised landscaping and irrigation system by the sub-contractor (La Villa)
❖ Supervised installation of water features system by the sub-contractor (Aqua master).
❖ Supervised car park shades structures and fabric installation by the sub-contractor (Qatar sat).
❖ Supervised road surface preparation and asphalting works by the sub-contractor (ALCAT).
❖ Responsible for the detailed planning of allocated works, based upon the overall Project programme.
❖ Responsible for the organisation / distribution (in co-ordination with the General Foreman), of work
to the allocated Foremen.
❖ Responsible for the requisitioning / receipt /storage /use of materials required for the allocated
works.
❖ Responsible for the supply of Project drawings, sketches, bar bending schedules, and other
documentation required to complete the allocated works.
❖ Responsible, (in co-ordination with the Section Engineer / general Foreman) for the allocation of plant
and equipment required to complete the allocated works.
❖ Responsible for co-ordination with all other relevant Staff members, Consultants, and Subcontractors,
in order to complete the allocated works.
❖ Responsible for the quality of the works carried out, and the requesting of Quality inspections /
checks.
❖ Responsible for the setting and monitoring of daily production / productivity / quality targets issued
to the Foremen, daily updating of the detailed programme, and taking corrective action if required.
