Having good knowledge in Maximo, Subcontractors work analysis, Incident reports, Stores stock analysis, PPM, RCM, Audits, Snagging Reports, Emails responding & follows with the supervisors and below all documents and paper works I doing in my work.
1. Responsible for monitoring all related MEP Works
2. MEP related Maintenance of defense personal accommodations, technical buildings and terminal buildings.
3. Day to Day correspondence with Client.
4. Execution of Civil works in various projects
5. Maintenance of office files and records.
6. Preparation of the Material Requirement.
7. Quantity survey.
8. Preparation of Sub-contractor & Client Bills.
9. As built drawings preparation for plumbing works.
Responsible for monitoring all related Electric Works Electrical related Maintenance of defense personal accommodations, technical buildings and terminal buildings. Day to Day correspondence with Client. Execution of Civil works in various projects Maintenance of office files and records.
Follow Up Technical Issues in the site, PPM, External & Internal works of MEP Jobs.
