On turnkey basis, Takenup construction of Hospital Building at Nagaram and Residential building consisting of 35 flats at Manchirevula, Hyderabad (1B+G+5 storey) . During this period as a consultant takenup buildings planning, structural design, estimation, assessment of quality of construction materials, economization, seeking approval from HMDA to a tune of above 25 lakh SFT in and around Hyderabad

Responsible for execution of contract works to a tune of INR165 cores in various government departments in India. Conducting Monthly review meeting and appraising to the progress to the CMD, MD. Inspection of sites and reporting to CEO. Strategy planning in procurement of materials, construction planning, appointment of required field and office staff. New projects tendering, rate analysis, visit to the project sites.

Grounded project "Discovery Ciy' spread in about 750 acres at Hyderabad. Planning, review for approval of residential and commercial buildings. Layout for gated residential development. Headed Contracts division. Review with architects, engineering consultants in finalization of building plans and structural designs. Identification of key areas of importance in progressing the site activities.

Commenced construction of Lanco Hills Technology park 1 IT and 12 residential tower from 20 to 32 storey. In charge of QAQC, design wing, member for Major materials procurement. Reviewed performance of batching plants(60 and 120 Cum per hour)

Structural Design, Estimation & Quantity Survey, budgeting, Contract Documents preparation, Tendering related to Construction of Housing Colonies, Commercial Buildings. Executed construction of housing colonies at Warangal (Gorrekunta 110 acres layout), Multistoreyed 2080 flats at Singapore township at Hyderabad, Commercial Complexes at Hyderabad.
