Meeting Clients/Contractors/Consultants independently and sourcing new opportunities in Building Automation, Energy Saving Solution, and the rest of the profile of company business.
Attending sales events- Developers, Manufacturers
Visiting sites directly to generate new leads.
Presenting system to the Clients- Presentations, Demos
Estimation and preparation of Project Proposals
Compiling BBC (Billing, Booking, Collection) report on monthly basis.
Maximizing Profits by promoting specific products
Aggressive campaigning for specification in tender against competition
Payment Follow ups
Formulation of JAP(Joint Action Plan) with channel partners
Coordination with Manufacturers in placing of order to the factory
Business Development:
- To meet architects/ID's independently and source new opportunities for business in Building Automation, Energy Saving Solution, and the rest of the profile of company business.
- Prepare the BOQ/price offer for projects on Pan India basis. Make a list of all projects quoted and keep track of the same. Compile BBC(Billing, Booking, Collection) report on weekly/monthly basis.
- To promote specific products for maximizing profits of the company.
- Payment Follow up. To take necessary action to ensure payments on time as per contract terms.
- To ensure the issue of Work Completion Report and to process Annual Maintenance Contract.
- To provide support to the accounts team in Head Office by preparation of Invoices as per work done.
Project Management:
- To manage the project from start to completion by coordinating with the Project Manager of the respective client and by managing the execution team.
- To deploy commissioning/programming team.
- To manage installation team(site supervisors, sub contractors, commissioning engineers).
- To maintain project status (Materials, Site Progress, Payment) in excel format with all supporting documents.
- Design and Build Projects: To coordinate with the architect and the project team from Client's side for changes in design as per site progress.
- Payment Follow up. To take necessary action to ensure payments on time as per contract terms.
- To ensure the issue of Work Completion Report and to process Annual Maintenance Contract.
Schneider Electric India:
- To meet SEI on a weekly basis and discuss on the progress of the projects along with the payment status.
- To formulate JAP(Joint Action Plan) with SEI team for business development and project execution on a monthly basis.
- To place order to SEI for new projects and follow up on material status.
- To request technical support for the project execution when required.
- To coordinate with SEI accounts team regarding Invoicing and Payments.
After Sales:
- To provide support to the client for any complaints received after the completion of the project. To coordinate with SEI for replacement of defective devices.
- To visit the clients on a regular basis and maintain a good rapport after project completion to follow up on further requirements and new projects.
Vendor Management:
- To manage subcontractors for major projects
- To manage vendors for third party materials
- To coordinate with Channel Partners
