• Installation and configuration of Windows Operating systems for Client and Server.
• Responsible for configure and test any new hardware and software.
• Visit to client sites to help with installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Installing the software, operating systems and server operating systems.
• Repairing and maintaining TCP/IP networking and hardware.
• Connecting to workstation and resolving issues related to desktop
• Providing technical support to customer post implementation
• Installation and configuration of Antivirus (Server/Client).
• Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and services of printers, computers and other hardware.
• Coordinating with technical team, vendors and customers for implementation.
• Hardware Component Testing (Quality Check).
