CAD detialer for steel structures in recent Dubai Storm water tunnel project.
As Junior Architect in RAP project, primarily assisted senior project architects to develop
building design solutions and managed construction documents. Works includes;
- Coordination of working drawings with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural & MEP)
- Assist project architects in reviewing shop drawings by sub-contractor & manage the
submission of working drawings and materials.
- Organize project data and useful information through ACONEX.
As senior drafter in ADNOC & RAP projects, primarily worked on production of architectural
working drawings & sketches for FCN, RFI, site inspection sequences and request from other
departments. Production of construction sequences layout and mobilization layout at early
stage of construction.
As an estimator & designer, mainly prepare works to be estimated by gathering proposals, designs, specifications, and related documents.
Primarily, Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, designs and specifications.
Then, computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Finally, resolves discrepancies
by collecting and analyzing information.
Primarily coordinating and meeting with the clients, subcontractor to plan and schedule the execution of work.
Then, preparation of conceptual design and estimation.
Multi-task also such as scheduled visit to the site for inspecting the necessary specification of works,
site reports & its correspondence to concerns.
Preparation of architectural, structural & MEP shop drawings for consultant’s verification & approval.
Assisted the architect for the preparation & revisions of the site drawings & mock-up.
Assisted the project engineers for the revisions & modifications of reinf. concrete beams, RC slabs, block/modular walls & false ceiling shop drawings.
Project’s schedule of finishes recapitulation.
Prepare particular shop drawings in 3D presentation.
