- Providing support to project managers in typing/revision of complex reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, etc.
- Assisting project managers with editing, collating, binding and final production of reports and document transmittal.
- Act as backup for receptionist as needed with tasks such as mail distribution, answering phones, greeting visitors, training/meeting room setup, preparing outgoing packages for shipment, etc.
- Work cohesively as a team within the office; providing proof-reading, quality control and assisting team members as needed
Performing general office duties associated with office equipment and supplies
* The role involves a broad range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to working on site assisting with exhibition installations.
* Support the majority of exhibitions and displays.
* Maintains and explains the facts and information for each exhibit.
Coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, surprise parties, and etc.
Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
Select chefs or catering companies to prepare food for event.
Sample food and select dishes for menus.
Visit venue to plan layout of seating and decorations.
Schedule speakers, vendors, and participants.
Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event.
Create invitee list.
Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
Keep inventory of backdrops, projectors, computers, and other display materials.
Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Develop a personalization strategy.
Include specific graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
Use statistical analysis and reports to create campaigns.
Able to deliver SEO proposals for the client.
Direct and indirect communication with clients.
Create comprehensive SEO reports and overall digital marketing plans to the client.
Execute campaign commitments.
Recommend keywords for the clients.
Submit articles using Wordpress to both magazine and blog sites.
Create On-page Optimization and Content Optimization Reports.
Perform website audits to identify issues and ensure the site is properly constructed to maximize search engine visibility.
Monitor search engine rankings.
Use SEO tools to monitor, analyse and optimise website activity, traffic trends and SERP rankings.
Knowledge in Google Adwords, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics.
Roadmap Creation
Promote both offsite and onsite strategies to improve and increase traffic to clients’ site
