• Scrutinize and verify KYC, income documents, bank statements of individuals and business and all required documents for risk and security identification
• Process and review personal and business loan applications following bank policies and procedures and conduct background review investigation
• Formulate a report based on interview, verification and ocular report conducted by field credit investigator including the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money

• Assist in resolving serious complaints and escalated calls
• Assist customers with functionality and basic troubleshooting of product or account issues whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
• Use numerous applications to supply live response to customers’ needs
• Maintains up to date level of product knowledge and document customer calls in the database system

• Handle incoming calls and emails.
• Arrange meetings and appointments, prepared minutes of meeting, memos and form; Type documents, reports etc.
• Manage Clerical office duties including filing, use of copy machine and scanning documents.
• Update and maintain database such as mailing list, contact list and client information
• Responsible for the inventory or stocks control of office supplies

• Greet customer as they enter in establishment; Direct or escort customers to the right aisle and Provide them with information on their required products
• Suggest additional products in a bid to meet the company quota.
• Take Payment in exchange of products.
• Balance cash registers at the end of the day; count and sort coins and wrap currency appropriately; Checking the daily cash balance
• Making daily, weekly and monthly transaction report.
