• Coordinated with internal departments to ensure shipments are consistent with customer
requirements, to support the timely delivery and to communicate to the field regarding order

o Providing documents to trusted forwarder for shipping process.
o Monitoring movement of shipment and preparing gate pass for delivery schedule to US
Military base camp in Iraq (Erbil, Qayyarah, Al Asad, Al Taqaddum)
o Keeping records for signed delivery note.
• Guide material suppliers, trade partners, field associates towards solutions regarding shipment
inquiries by investigating and determining what actions are necessary.
• Monitor Variance Purchase Orders and back charges for completeness and accuracy.
• Solicits, receives, tabulates, and evaluates bids to determine most desirable suppliers.
• Constructs and reviews bid solicitation packages for conformity with guidelines.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Ensures alignment of procurement goals with assigned business.
• Ensures that savings and value streams from category strategies get built into Class I and Class
II commitments at the business or function level.
• Reviews material status in ERP system to monitor P.O.s and OTD to support the product
development and the production schedules.
• Responsible for action upon order release action and exception messages from the system.
