DESCRIPTION
1. Arrange office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness over-all the Abu Dhabi Direct Sales Area
Work Handle
Receive, direct and convey telephone messages and fax messages
Receives internal emails for all general correspondence and sent acknowledgment from the concern department/sender.
Prepares the waybill and documents to be sending through mail daily on EOD.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and trainings
Make preparations for board team meetings
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Handles and respond customer service to all complaints/inquiries
Maintains and detailed the MIS Sales Report logs for general application for the customers
Monitor the Manual Attendance for All Abu Dhabi staff and send to Admin in daily basis.
Analyzed/ study each application and ensure the high quality to be send to operation
2. Organize clerical duties in order to maintain administration for Abu Dhabi Direct Sales Area

Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing routine
Monitor and Prepares the request use of supplies and equipment
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment and furniture with Maintenance Team
3. Handles receptionist functions

Answer all incoming calls and handles customers inquiries/complaints
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take sufficient messages if requisite
4. Support the Sales Head- Abu Dhabi and other staff
Work Handle
Assist all the staffs for request/queries for; Annual Leave/ Sick leave, Passport release, NOC, IT system access, stamps, Insurance, Band ID card and Business cards
Provide administrative services for the Sales Head- Abu Dhabi
• In charge of documentation such as customer’s passport and visa, bank and credit card statement, salary certificates and other related salary proof.
• Handles leave and passport release request. Prepares format for salary certificates, confirmation letters and NOC’s.
• Responsible in maintaining daily and monthly channel sales submissions. Handles reports such as sales agent performance and productivity.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Responsible in checking all account opening submissions all over Abu Dhabi Sales
• Ensure that the client has the satisfaction to encourage them to be interested of doing the market selling of the product.
• Aware all the updates policy of the bank to avoid the misunderstanding that may lead complain by the customers.
• Follow up new lead and referral resulting from field activity.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Must gain at least 3 prospect clients a day.
• Maintain the target 40 cards a month to achieve the monthly incentives a month.
• Ensure that the client has the satisfaction to encourage them to be interested of doing the market selling of the product.
• Aware all the updates policy of the bank to avoid the misunderstanding that may lead complain by the customers.
• Managed the calendar of activities of the General Manager and overall external and internal correspondences
• Coordinated with various clients in government, semi government and private sectors such as Abu Dhabi Tourism, Dubai Tourism, Crown Prince office, RTA, Etihad Airways, Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi Culture and Heritage, Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC), Business Women, Entrepreneurs Forum, Abu Dhabi Airport Company (ADAC) and others.
• Facilitated receipt and delivery of orders from suppliers and customers; prepared local purchase orders, quotations and invoices customers
