Responsibilities:
• Review of Submitted Planning Packages and Deliverables of Contractors.
• Electrical Equipment Preventive maintenance planning.
• Monitoring of Procurement especially Long Lead Items.
• Evaluation of Extension of Time and Prolongation Costs Claims of Contractors.
• Review of Weekly and Monthly Reports of Contractors.
• Participates in the Weekly Progress (Review) Meetings of Contractors.
• Preparation of In-house Integrated Plan, Shutdown and Turn Around Plan.
• Constant discussion with Planning Manager, Planning Team Leader and other Departments (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Workshop, etc.) with regards to In-house Jobs.
