Set up, adjust and operate tube bending machinery and equipment to bent tubes.Fabricate directly from drawings, samples, or instructions without supervision.Select all layouts. Template, or check fixtures.Develop layouts from drawings, samples or instructions.Check bent parts to drawing specification and tolerance using proper measurement and inspect equipment.Inspect end product from bending operation to ensure accuracy maintain and operate tube bending equipment.Tight all the fittings and connections on the SKID .Prepare the test gauge and do a leakage test for the tubes.Doing the leak test for the tubes with the Customer ( Aramco ) .
• Assembly, maintenance, testing and disassembly of Blow Out Preventer (BOP), Manifold system, Stuffing Box, Grease Head, Fishing tools, And Ander Gauge products, Tool Trap, Tool Catch, Pumping SUP, Lubricators, Grease panel, Quick test SUP, Stripper, Hydro Conn, annular Bop .
• Clean, service and refurbish downhole tools.
• Assembly and disassembly tools.
• Visually inspect parts upon third party inspection completion.
• Operate and maintain equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload parts/materials.
• Perform other duties and activities as assigned by shop supervisor.
• Roles and Responsibilities
1.Perform tasks at workstations such as: standard assembly operations, hand soldering, including rework and repair, perform calibrations requiring judgment to assure conformance to specifications, perform variables testing, perform modular troubleshooting and repairs, perform packaging of finished product.
2. Perform standard and non-standard setups exercising judgment in making adjustments to equipment to assure conformance to specifications.
3. Perform preventive maintenance of Equipments
4. Verify part quality.
5. Actively participate in process improvement teams.
6. Train other Instrument Builders.
7. Recommend changes to and participate in the revision of manufacturing procedures. 8. Perform material handling functions.
9. Perform daily organization and cleanup of work area.
10. Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
11. Perform electronic transactions within the business operating system.
12.Perform work of a miscellaneous nature as & when required
• build the globe valve ( GX 225 and 750, ebody)
• build the actuators like ( 667, 657, 585C, 655, 2052 )
• build rotary valves like ( 9500, V150, V300 ).
• Fit the accessories on the control valves like the ( DVC, TOPWORKS, TAGS, TUBE).
• Calibrate the DVC's like ( 6200 - 6030 - 2000 - 6010 - 6200F )
• Doing a seat leak test by Air, Nitrogen and water on the valves by the ventil machine.
• Packing the valves in the boxes to make it ready for the customer.
• worked in the service division for shutdown chevron from 12-3-2013 up to 27-3-2013
Was a regular student in department of electrical and electronics skills.
