1- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors.
2- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
3- Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
4- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
5- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
6- Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulation.
7- Day-to-day management of the site, monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
8- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
9- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
10- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
11- Preparing reports as required.
1- Infrastructure water & wastewater engineering.
2- Creating 2D drawing to design, re-design on AutoCAD for water supply networks and sewer line
networks in all of 5 cities around Al-Qatif city.
3- Leading a team of four people that focuses on water supplies, irrigation and waste disposal.
4- Managing staff, including other engineers, technicians and site workers.
5- Keeping up to date with environmental matters, being aware of policy and developments.
6- Ensuring that work is completed to a deadline.
1-Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
2-Supervising Projects: including in house, external contractors and sub-contractors.
3-Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors and major asset owners and stakeholders.
4-Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.
5-Preparing enquiry and order documents.
6-Maintenance of daily records.
