- Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration
- Provides support with escalated help desk requests
- Helps develop, document, communicate and enforce the IT policy
- Manages user accounts and assets, and assigns and updates security permissions on the environment
-Prevent problems and improve systems’ performance, also to keep the company’s network safe and running efficiently.
-Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring.
-Gather information to define and fix the issue, by troubleshooting hardware and software and liaising with vendors if needed for more information.
-Install, upgrade, and monitor software and hardware.
-Responsible for data backup and recovery.
-Maintaining the essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, web-servers, email.
-New accounts set-up and active directory administration.
-Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed.
-Providing technical support when requested.
-Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
-Monitor data center health using preexisting management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
-Build internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
-Responsible for participating in the planning, scheduling, and deployment of any IT infrastructure.
-Involved in backup administration, security enforcement, user management, application management, and capacity management.
-Performing system upgrades following new releases and overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues.
-Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet.
-Build internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
-Quickly arrange the repair for hardware on the occasion of hardware failure.
-Update systems as soon as a new version of OS and application software comes out.
-Monitor special services.
-The first 11 weeks of the program were about English and 40 credit hours of Project Management training.
-Training as a Microsoft track trainee which includes MCSA: Windows Server 2016, MCSE: Productivity, Microsoft SQL Server 2016, and MCSA: Azure Cloud Platform courses.
Took part in the sales office and delivered Tawuniya's products to clients. Researched and compiled answers to provide information to customers. In addition, Performed other administrative tasks as assigned.
