Handling Operations of Domestic and Outbound Tour
Packages.
➢ Assisting in designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs
of different clients.
➢ Building strong relationships with vendors.
➢ Communicating a range of information on itineraries,
destinations and culture.
➢ Negotiating For best rates with hotels and other vendors.
➢ Handling the visa process for countries like Singapore,
Thailand, Malaysia and Dubai.
➢ Counseling Visa for European countries and UK
➢ Handling the responsibility of up-sell to increase the revenue
also doing the quality check with all the parameters.

➢ Responsible for solving on-ground escalations and also
looking the cancellation and refund process.
➢ Escorting the clients as a company representative.(Inbound
Tours to India)

➢ Visited numerous Travel-Trade shows and Roadshows
Domestic (TTF, OTM, SATTE)
➢ Visited WTM-London 2018.
Generating new corporate clients for the company.
➢ Meeting new and old corporate for sales.
➢ Designing itineraries and quotaions as per the requirements of
the clients.
➢ Escorting the corporate groups while execution.
➢ Ensuring the proper execution, coordinating with operations
team.
➢ Responsible for the seamless coordination between the
frontline sales and the backend operations teams for all the
bookings
➢ Responsible for solving on-ground escalations.
➢ Handling Daily passport submissions

➢ Handling 50-70 submissions per day during peak season and
25-35 during off season.
