Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition -
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels, including Social media, Job boards, Employee referrals, networking and other sources.
• Manage the end-to-end Recruitment process, including Screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates, negotiating offers, and managing onboarding process.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the efficiency of talent acquisition activities.
• Building a professional and open relationship with Hiring Manager and the Department Head and keeping them abreast with hiring process at each stage.
• Build and maintain a Telent Pool / Pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Vendor Management -
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard external vendors, including recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and other service providers.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, service agreements, and pricing structures to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor vendor performance against established metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), taking corrective action as needed to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular vendor reviews and performance evaluations to assess adherence to contractual obligations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Data Management & Reporting -
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and vendor engagements using appropriate systems and databases.
• Generate reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
• Analise recruitment and vendor management data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization, providing insights and recommendations to senior management as and when needed.
• Develop and implement process to measure and improve the effectiveness of TA Function, including metrics (e.g. time to hire and Cost per hire), and various continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provided support in all Human Resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Reported to HR Manager - Middle East Region (Dubai), and work closely with her to support and roll out various HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, such as disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee relations issues.
• Maintain Easy storage and retrieval of employee information with appropriate confidentiality and compliance.
• Issued various letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letters, Letter of Confirmation, Salary Revision, Transfer Letters, etc.
• Handle various HRIS tools and modules for Employee Data Management, monitoring, and relevant report generation.
