Duties and Responsibilities:

➢ Establishes and maintains stock records and other documentation such as inventory, material control, accounting and supply reports.
➢ Monitors and coordinated all multifunctional logistic requirements between productions to dispatch to the respective customers.
➢ Worked with a team of multispecialty group.
➢ Ensuring the transport trailers are available all the time of dispatch.
➢ Maintained time management to reach daily dispatch goal.
➢ Make sure for managing warehouse and transportation and customer services.
➢ Receiving billets from SMP (Steel Making Plant) for rolling.
➢ Each truck should weigh in before and after.
➢ Ensuring that the quality of all services provided to meet the required standards.
➢ Responsible for weighing of all in-coming and outgoing materials also Co-ordinates with the Dispatcher regarding the daily balance of re-bars from the order and maintain a record of metal scrap and fine scale from the mill.
➢ Prioritize order security accuracy and on time pickup and delivery.
Co-ordinating with customers through email with shipping updates.
➢ Ensure to follow the plans/program to eliminate the mistake of wrong materials and excess delivery to the customer.
➢ Responsible for taking production from cold sheer. Make sure all the bundles are in the sequence and having proper tags on each bundles.
➢ Responsible to update all the data (bundle number, charge number) through SAP.
➢ Make sure that all date is encoded correctly in the SAP.
➢ Make sure to check the stock report with the daily production.
➢ Prepare daily IT report summarizing the material.
➢ Update the location plan for smooth operation in dispatching the rebar.
➢ Prepares monthly report for dispatched rebars and make sure it should match with the SAP.
➢ Responsible for keeping hold bundle separate with the assist of QA.
➢ Make sure to check daily program for dispatch. Updated by commercial.
➢ Dispatch Short bar, Mill Scale against the customer program.
➢ Responsible to check driver details against the respective customer.
➢ Make sure that all trucks are weighed before and after loading.
➢ Prepares a Daily Dispatch Report summarizing the material delivered to the customer to be submitted to the Manager.
➢ Prepare Delivery Note of Scrap from production to be delivered to the customer. In case the order is over the scrap will be dumped on our scrap yard.
➢ Responsible to make a full record, usually this will be a copy of the ticket or it may be stored electronically.
➢ Completing appropriate documentation and collect driver signatures for accounting & Authentication’s purpose.
➢ Assist with general administrative duties and customer service, answering the telephone and directing them.

Track key Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily/weekly/monthly and update.
➢ Advance level of understanding of logging, trucking, and transportation activities
➢ Brief knowledge of SAP & Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
➢ Assist with Logistics analysis and capacity planning.
➢ Issuing work permit tracking, and ensuring proper closure of permits for various work activities.
➢ Evaluating the risks associated with work activities and ensuring appropriate safety measures are in place.
➢ Responsible for Conducting and coordinating routine PTW audits.
➢ Maintaining records and hard copies of PTW documentation.
➢ Ensuring personnel are trained and competent to perform their tasks safely.
➢ Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
➢ Communicating effectively with management and workers regarding permit requirements and safety procedures.
➢ Responsible for Inventory management following FIFO, LIFO process.
➢ Responsible for Stacking Free Stock and Mapping to respective customers.
➢ Coordinate the movement of Free Stock and Prime material as needed, Create AILO for the upcoming shipments.
➢ Schedule ILO for local & port orders, Track Pending Order against Prime stock available.
➢ Coordinate and work closely with the group 47.
➢ Organize weekly meeting with the dispatch team involving Line manager and Head of dept.
➢ Ensure each task will be completed before end of shift.
➢ Every task and action should be monitored closely to reach goal on time.
➢ Responsible for Held & Prime stock, should be checked and Coordinate with rectification and QC team.
➢ Coordinating with QC and rectification team for held material to be release ASAP.
➢ Assist with production dept for upcoming Rolling.
➢ Safety is top priority, Zero tolerance in any circumstance.
➢ Perform Weekly meeting on TBT (tool box talk) with dispatch team and contracting workers.
➢ Managing the requirement of trailer for port & local customers.
➢ LDS (last date of shipment) should be completed before the LDS expires.
➢ Responsible for Inventory Management. I’m the focal point for Free Stock, prime & held materials.
➢ Coordinate with Transporter coordinate for smooth and timely dispatch
➢ Ensure each driver signed & carry proper documentation.
➢ Ensure and validate with the dispatch team each driver carry proper documentation before leave the premises.
➢ Follow up the port orders and vessel availability before dispatch.
➢ Maintain Daily Dispatch Report summarizing the material delivered to the customer.
➢ Prepare daily held and prime stock report summarizing the material.
➢ Planned and prepare daily dispatch for local and port order. For our material Beam, Colum, Sheet pile, U-pile, Z-pile.
