Fulfillment of Store Operation & Organization standards
Ensuring that the customer service is fulfilled at the specified standards
Smooth execution of return/exchange processes, execution of customer complaint resolution processes, reporting the reasons for the products coming from return/exchange
Ensuring effective management of store personnel and follow-up of training processes
Ensuring that the products in the store are displayed in accordance with the standards and that the campaign materials are applied correctly
Ensuring the correct implementation of Occupational Health and Safety standards and safety procedures within the store
Ensuring the orderly realization of cash flow and banking procedures
Reporting and analyzing daily sales activity
Implementation and follow-up of Store Loss Prevention processes and ensuring that actions are taken to minimize the loss rate
Conducting and coordinating stock control activities
Complete management of the visual organization of the store
Ensuring that the product-aisle controls in the store are carried out completely on a daily basis
