Senior Recruitment Manager (Construction)

• Senior Recruitment Manager with 15-20 years of experience in the construction industry to lead our recruitment efforts
• ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction sector, including its unique challenges and talent requirements
• will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles within organization
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the construction industry, including but

not limited to project managers, engineers, architects, skilled tradespeople, and administrative staff

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications

accordingly

• Utilize a variety of recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to source qualified

candidates

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with company culture and values
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
