• Provision of maintaining administrative support and building maintenance (Preventive and Operational)
• Implementation of safety and security policies and SOPs of the UN Common Premises
• Provide administrative activities in full compliance with UN/UNDP rules, preparing annual workplan and budget forecast.
• Contracts and vendors management to the high capacity
• Monitor and report space utilization and space efficiency plan to reduce the cost per sqm, asset and inventory management.
