Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, controlling, monitoring, and managing assigned project resources to best meet project objectives and adhere to project scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• Accountable for safeguarding service for all Yemen Mobile Huawei network (CDMA Mobile Network, NGBSS network, etc).
• Facilitating preparation of service maintenance and construction budget requests using systematic, standardized procedures.
• Servicing existing clients efficiently to expand service offering. Identifying, prospecting and securing profitable long term client engagements.
• Specifying, selecting, installing and managing maintenance of factory production and machinery. Setting up work control systems, e.g. testing of equipment to ensure standards of performance, quality, cost and safety are met.

• Work out the delivery strategy for the projects according to delivery strategy of the company.
• Provide customers with timely, accurate, high-quality, and cost-optimized projects delivery on behalf of Huawei.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the projects starting from planning until closing the projects.
• Review the project risk situation on weekly basis and give the needed indicators to start implementing the risk response plan, and put owner and deadline for any non-defined risk raised.
• Review the budget with the team and PFC (Project finance controller), and track the cost and billing/revenue situation on monthly basis.

• Organize and manage project requirements analysis, bidding strategy/high-level solution development.
• Organize and manage the execution of each KCP in bidding process (requirement and bidding strategy review, high-level solution review and proposal review), and organize comprehensive review, ensure the compliance of bidding process.

Over all Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for implementing the installations of Huawei’s equipment and auxiliary equipment at sites, subcontractor management and be directly accountable for the engineering schedule, safety, quality and cost of each equipment installation throughout the project.
• Guide and oversee the Huawei Engineering Supervisor and OSP Supervisor, and report engineering issues and schedule to the PM in time.
• Coordinate to solve technical problems during the engineering implementation.
• Coordinate the relationship among the Owner, subcontractors and Network Planning Team during the engineering implementation.
• Responsible for the engineering implementation of Huawei’s Wireless equipment (BSC6900, BTS3900, DBS3900, BTS3012II), mainly including hardware installation, software debugging, system joint commissioning, primary acceptance test, training on the spot, etc.
• Carry out specific plans and conduct implementations based on the specifications defined by the Engineering Implementation Team.
• Provide support to solve engineering problems and perform change management of the subcontract engineering to ensure that the subcontract project is implemented by means of QA methods and within the required time, scope and cost.
