Tasks :
- Drive & develop the project from concept stage to completion
- Lead all aspects of temporary and permanent works across the region, This
includes managing the external design teams
- Define vision, missions, values and strategies for the architectural team
- Setting and implementing architectural strategies, which includes
responsibility for ensuring that delivers secure products and solutions,
effectively and efficiently in time and budget.
- Significant interaction across both business and technical stakeholders
Tasks :
- Conducting architectural studies, developing design concepts and design
criteria, and preparing related reports.
- Reviews CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction
documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
- Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client
requirements.
- Interfaces with suppliers as required.
- Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.
- Reviews, approves, and issues detailed design and construction drawings
and specifications prepared by others.
- Provides technical guidance to Architectural Designer/Drafters working on
the same project.
Tasks :

-Project Planning & Coordinating with other departments ( Site Engineering, Building Owners & Authorities)
-Development of design, implementation and detailed planning.
-Supervision on all architectural drawings for municipality.
-Team leadership in all tasks that are required for the qualified submission of the project.
