• Ensure Maintaining the professional operation of the transmission Control Centre on a day-to-day 24/7 basis by supervising a team of technicians and engineers that are assigned to operate the multiple EMS and NMS within the RCC.
• Ensure escalation procedures are strictly followed for all appropriate classes of incidents and that the Central Management Team and MoD Liaison Officer are informed in accordance with the agreed Scope of Services Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure all network system faults are fully investigated in a timely manner, corrective action taken to avoid repetition and any loss of service is kept to a minimum and resolved within agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) levels.
• Ensure Service Outage Action Reports and Fault Investigative Reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
• Study MDT &TCN MOPs and authorize the activities according to the impact on the network.
• Attend the daily& weekly monthly meetings with vendors (ALU&HU&CIENA&ZTE&CISCO)
• Ensure implementation of services according to CoS.
