• Develop and implement a professional service outsourcing strategy, complete with KPIs, best practices, and performance measurements. This strategy has helped Juniper to better manage and optimize its professional services outsourcing efforts, gaining a competitive edge in the market and driving business growth.
• Led key internal Service Development Programs, including:
o Juniper Project Management Methodology.
o Consolidation of best practices and workshops into a Service Assets Library.
o Juniper's Partner Professional Services program (PPS) in EMEA.
o Co Project Managed a program with Education Services to develop and launch Juniper’s first design-oriented courseware and certification track.
• Supported Channel Partners in selling and delivering professional services to customers by establishing a global governance model to provide access to templates, tools, and processes.
• Increase the value proposition of projects by motivating channel partners and promoting collaboration with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
• Maintain strong rapport and collaboration between Juniper Services, Channel, Partners and Customer to drive successful outcomes and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Lead Juniper's professional services team for KSA service providers to deliver consulting, onsite engineering, project management, and managed services.
• Launch Juniper Network's Technical Support Services contract for Saudi Telecom to deliver 24x7 operation and managed services for Saudi Broadband services and the Internet Gateway. This included quoting, planning, team building, and implementing the necessary processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of the service to STC customers.
• As acting program manager for Mobily's Mega Project, I successfully supported "Mobily" to achieve a record-time delivery to their national distribution network upgrade and expansion.
• Led Juniper Network Professional services team responsible for Saudi Telecom’s solution planning, design, implementation and migration services, and oversee key project deployments.
• Scaled up Saudi Telecom's rapidly expanding wholesale Broadband Services, National Broadband Network, and subscriber management.
• The Successful migration of Saudi.Net (STC incumbent ISP) from a Cisco to a full Juniper-based architecture.
• Launching Saudi Telecom’s Internet Gateway, including complete customers migration in less than 8 months.
• Developed Juniper O&M processes for Saudi Digital transport network services as acting member of STC Multi-vendor operations. Including STC Support Center team training program to operate and maintain KSA Broadband customers.
• As a member of their network planning and expansion team, led the upgrade of Saudi Telecom's Mobile Value-Added Services and Mobile broadband services.
• Senior member of Jordan's National Data Network pilot design and deployment team overseeing the designing, deploying, and operating the national network infrastructure and digital services in coordination with various hardware and software solution suppliers.
• Led three teams, managing the implementation, operations, and maintenance of Orange-Jordan's wholesale and retail broadband services, as well as digital services and subscriber management for ISP customers.
• Orchestrated a multi-million-dollar systems integration and digital transformation project for the Ministry of Education, resulting in the successful rollout of Jordan’s education solution across 3600 schools in Jordan within a 10-month period.
• Won a 250K USD annual contract between Orange and the Ministry of Education, to deliver colocation and managed services.
