•Ensuring and maintaining Depth of Distribution, Numeric Reach, Counter share and Market share of our products.
•Develop the sales plan and strategies to accomplish the assigned target.
•Capture and report the current market trends, Brand positioning, Market segmentation and competitor activities
•In charge of running schemes for the influencers, channel partners and customers as a part of 360 degree approach.
•Update and report the customer segmentation and product related technical advances.
•Manage the sales executives in delivering their targets by conducting reviews and implementing the strategies.
•Assist the internal and external auditors in warehouse audits.
•Regular follow up of leads generated by executives and maintaining good relationship with the customers.
•In charge of Primary and secondary Logistics
•In charge of collecting outstanding from channel partners.
•Develop and deliver the presentation of previous month performance and upcoming month action plan
Capturing the census data of entire outlets in handling district to complete the dealer mapping.
