Key responsibilities
•Data gathering about the facilities and coordination with HQ
•Supervising daily operation and ensuring smooth management
•Operation planning and ensure daily activities progress as planned
•Procedure writing and providing technical support to the team
•Follow up with reported issues until rectification is achieved
•Liaising with different departments on weekly basis in regards business requirement
•Conduct meetings through MS Teams to ensure the team is aligned and instructions are followed.
•Production monitoring and ensuring the monthly targets are achieved.
•Coordinate with the team in town for crew planning and maintenance requirements
•Analyzing the daily production targets and ensuring all the planned activities are captured.
•Communicating with different parties to ensure all the issues are captured and assigned.

•Preparing reference for users by writing operating technical procedures
•Liaising with client and providing technical support
•Preparing technical study for the client during sales of hardware
•Co-ordinating with and supporting the technical service engineers
•Establishing and communicating with the client if support is required
•Cost estimation and adding a mark-up to the items for quotations to the client
•Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
•Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
•Requesting customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
•Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
•Follow up with clients to ensure they are completely satisfied after troubleshooting
Key responsibilities
•Perform manual & auto testing and general problem finding on all Multiphase flow meter instruments.
•Functional, Interface, Integration, and Performance testing of new releases of firmware & hardware
•Analyse and record test results, reporting any bugs/faults/observations
•Installing new hardware & software in order to ensure testing to the highest capability.
•Build & test new products supplied by engineering prior to product release..
•Maintaining client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
