• Technical support for sales, service, marketing, and customer support teams to help securing key projects and ensure revenue, customer satisfaction, and strategic goals are met

• Development of several productivity and selection tools for DX products to help support sales teams

• Review specs of key projects and prepare product selections and quotes

• Pricing support to sales teams to ensure competitiveness in the market

• Leading localization plan to transfer manufacturing from OEM to in-house ASYM factory in KSA

• Provide energy savings studies for key projects

• Design of overhead, monorail, jib cranes, and other electro-mechanical works according to customer requirements.

• Stress analysis for different parts of the design using engineering softwares to validate system capability of lifting the required weights without failure.

• Development of anti-hammering systems
Preparation of technical and commercial offers presenting product specs and financial terms.

• Leading communications with OEM to resolve procurement obstacles.

• Bases of Design activities to deliver site visits for prospective customers.
