•Started as Operations executive promoted to Operations Supervisor, then to Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
• Leading all operations activities IK / OOK that includes internal network and customers.
• Responsible for control of data management and figures usual improvement.
• Conducting staff performance reviews, setting objectives, and identifying employee training requirements.
• Achieving efficiencies and driving costs down with ensuring the service quality for our clients.
• Supporting & managing new business implementations supported by creating the suitable SOPs.
• Handling of heavy lift / special cargo with the required method statement to ensure smooth and safe operations

•Started as assistant logistics officer promoted to logistics officer, then to Head of export and
Documentation department
Responsibilities:
• Following up production's contribution, and plan for dispatching shipments according to the production plan.
Negotiating with shipping lines to get the best rate for all destination according to the service and transit time.
• Dealing with third parties agencies (Freight forwarders) for arranging for Custom clearance and trucking..
• Maintain relations with customers and issues prompt notes for shipment follow up and status.
• Working by Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600 - UCP latest version).
• Review L/Cs issued by customers to make sure that it is in accordance with the agreement and the sales
contract and if there any amendment is required.

■ Dealing with exporters and importers and offering them the best.
■ Negotiating with shipping lines & Truckers to get the best rates.
■ Booking with shipping lines, truck contactors and finalizing customs procedures whether for import or export shipments.
■ Satisfying customers’ needs and follow up their shipments till arriving to its destination.
