Nature of Works as : Sr.Planning Engineer- Planning & Cost Control
Monitor and Control Clause 14 program, progress S curves and Progress Reports Prepare and control Cash flow for projects and for Head office.
Developing & Controlling Manpower deployment projection based on program, and cost Prepare and monitor Tender programs
Coordinate and monitor all project invoices with budgeted cost schedule
Analyzing each project planned and actual progress / highlighting all flaws or actions
required to the Management.
Attending weekly meeting for each project and prepare action plans for recovery Preparing and presenting monthly analysis reports for head office
Developing Organization charts and defining staff structure for the company & for projects Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
