Configuration of User phone features -Call Transfer, Call Pickup, Call Forward, Speed Dial, and Call Park.Moving, Adding, Changing, Deleting (MACD) Phones and Extensions .Checking and troubleshooting of Voice Gateways, SRST and call signalling protocols on Voice Gateways H.323, and MGCP.
