• Playing a focal point of contact for all Murex related issues, both technical and functional.
• Possess strong understanding and confident in handling most areas in Murex, upstream and downstream interfaces, market data, collateral management and core banking systems.

• Post go live, have fine-tuned performance on various modules such as: EOD, MxML exchange, and file-system.
• Developed and Implemented MxML related enhancements for back office such as long form confirmations, CLS, SWIFT and central bank payments, creation of UDFs and portfolios, static data maintenance, OSP creation.
• SPOC in integration testing of channel upgrade for GL postings from Murex to FCR/FCC.
• Interfaces, FO and BO - Implemented Bloomberg-Murex interface and a thorough understanding of Reuters, TRDA (e-commerce) interfaces to straight through process trades to Murex, payments and GL interfaces such as FCR, FCC, SWIFT, TIBCO.
• Trouble shoot issues in all areas as key person for treasury application support. Assess, validate solutions by performing SIT, UAT and regression tests to implement changes/fixes within agreed timelines.
• Front Office - Good knowledge of pricing templates, financial static data configurations, pre-trade workflows, market operations, deal capture.
• Middle office- Assist to configure bonds, rating upload, market data capture, risk, limits, entities and undertook changes in configuring breach notifications, LRB reports in MLC.
• Supported Murex v3.1 across Sydney, New York, London entities for derivative products.
• Actively Monitored system operations and troubleshoot problems in various areas of Murex like MXML workflows, payments, confirmations, delivery of files and reports to downstream systems.
• Create dynamic tables, datamart reports, configure batches and processing scripts.
• Patch installation, vendor release management, support and maintain Murex production servers and relating system tools.
• Followed ITIL best practices for SLAs, developed preventive measures and document incident/problem resolution in KEDB.
