Roles and responsibility involves maintaining critical spares, attending breakdown, supporting production by solving line obstructing issues, Line balancing, developing spares for new product using AUTO CAD, negotiating with the supplier for machining of spares, cycle time reduction and setting time reduction, in house fabrication activities, new projects implementation for automation and man power reduction.
1.Developing the LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 4 quality documents for ISO 9001-2008, API Spec Q1 auditing
2.Working at the client end with Management representatives, preparing complete document as per the latest changes in the ISO 9001-2008, -API Spec Q1 standards 9th edition
3.Preparing Gantt chart for project plan.
4.Preparing formats and work instructions negotiating with the customer for changes and updates as per latest standards
