Essential Functions:
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Responsible for sourcing new products as part of business development for various clients in related to their main stream.
Accountable for the successful completion of projects vs. marketing realization.
Requires extensive regular contact with various overseas suppliers and manufacturer for product design and technical detailed study prior to submitting the proposal to the client.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals - consisting of commercial, technical and feasibility study reports.
Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
Participating in Client - Supplier meetings.
Review and approve project Client invoices.
Ensure proper communication is maintained throughout the project cycle.
Initiated for the start up for a new division by identifying the market demand and products by submitting the Business plan and forecast to the Stake Holders and convincing the stake holders with a 5 year plan.
Undertaken dealership of various product line to increase the market share.
Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
Reviews work of development team.
Recognizes system deficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Actively involved in the HR level for staff designing and recruitment.
Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code of practices.
Communicates and enforces coding standards
Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
Primary customer contact for Sales & Marketing.
Leads EPC contractor, suppliers, and other Client divisions on project expectations
and project execution
Under the direction of the Sales Manager, leads the sales team & technical team through implementation.
Communicates and leads the implementation of engineering and PMO processes to ensure quality assurance standards and project management protocols are followed
Leads sales & project team in the development, final preparation, and evaluation of supplier bid packages, as well as the approval or rejection of bid packages
Leads sales & project team in the development and execution of procedures for factory acceptance testing.
Leads site acceptance testing, commissioning, startup activities and obtains customer sign-off after acceptance testing activities
Approves as-built drawings and documents in accordance with best practices
Manages project service and material components to meet budget expectations
Monitors and reports task progress. Takes action to adjust the activities on the task to meet project expectations in regards to schedule, budget, and/or scope
Schedules and monitors all activities to ensure project expectations are achieved.
• Involved in hardcore sales activities for the promotion of Software products like HR Management, CRM, ERP solution, etc…
• Reporting directly to the sales manager
• Attending daily and weekly meeting internally.
• Software presentation and training programs conducted through out the period.
Meeting targets as per provided by the company.
