Site data collection and documents receiving.
• Preparing detail engineering design package as per scope of work and client standards (TECHNIP).
•Performing stress analysis of piping system on Caesar 2.
•Preparation of engineering drawings as per TECHNIP drawing standard.
•Preparation of MTO.
•Preparation of contractor scope of work for fabrication.
•Expertise in work method of statement, P & ID, piping plan, isometric, pipe support and structural drawings.
• Good background in fabrication, construction, testing, monitoring and punch list clearing.
•Co-ordinate piping works, test packages and ascertain compliance with established construction schedule and project requirements.
•Co-ordinate meeting with clients and sub-contractors weekly basis.
•Monitor proper execution of inspection, NDT, and test based on field quality control plan.
•Solve cases of non-conformity and propose also possible solution

Develop construction specifications and scope of work documentation.
•Performs plant and piping design activities and cooperate with multi-discipline designers.
•Performs plant and piping design work in the 3D integrated design systems (SP3D, CADW OR X3D).
•Assist in review and quality control of mechanical engineering design work by design contractors.
•Assist in the development and update of department standards and procedures.
•Providing technical assistance to piping designers as well as internal and external clients.
•Do site daily progress report and planning review.
•Site supervision, implementation and management of safe working conditions.
•Provide on-site support to the construction manager as required.
•Involved in subcontractor kick-off meetings and monthly/weekly meetings.
• Conducting tool box meeting on daily basis before start of construction activities at site.
•Proper guidance and training the locals to follow the project activities on site in compliance with the project specification, approved procedures, codes and standards.
•Coordinate with site manager to mobilize vendor representative when needed.

1) Project : ONGC OFFSHORE PLATFORM PROJECTS

Reviewing contractor’s construction drawings and scope of works with client owner technical design drawings, codes, standards and companies specifications using hardcopies, any deviations found will be forwarded to the design engineering department for action.
•Assist the contractor with coordination of the work.
•Involved in all phases of construction planning, field execution and mechanical completion activities.
•Supervises the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to installed oil, gas and water flow lines, transfer lines, vessels, tanks, wellhead manifolds and supports.
•Review of construction and installation procedures.
•Interact with clients, answering questions and collaborating to meet expectations.
•Oversee all piping aspects of construction, delegating tasks and identifying areas in need of improvement.
