• Well versed in the clauses of ISO 22000:2005, ISO 17025:2005 and BRC issue 7, Global Standard for Food Safety.
• Have sound knowledge in HACCP Principles, EU regulations and Codex regulations.
• Team player with problem solving skills (RCA to CAPA) for the growth of the company and customer delight.
• Has expertise in Pathogen Environment Monitoring \[PEM\] and Non-Pathogen Environment Monitoring \[NPEM\], GMP, GHP and its implementation. Leading the Internal Pest Management (IPM) Team.
• 5S - Team Facilitator to 5S; Sub Zonal Leader - QA; Active member in Management Improvement Projects \[MIP\].
• PEM / Food Safety / Hygiene- Coordinator / Trainer to the food handlers & new staff and review the productivity.
• Operation and maintenance of high-end instruments like LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, GC-MS/MS, GC, HPLC & UPLC. Exposure in sample preparatory techniques like liquid - liquid extractions, solid phase extractions, Gel Permeation Chromatography.
• Pathogen Environmental Monitoring \[PEM\] Salmonella & Listeria control measures.
• Quality Checks for the authenticity of analysis; QC/QA Laboratory budget preparations. Regular Reporting to Chief Technical Officer & Managing Director during the Process Monitoring Committee \[PMC\] Meet.
• Validation/Qualification, maintenance, upkeep & related documentation for lab equipment and maintenance of reference standards and calibration of glassware.
• Development of methods, designing the protocol, validation of analytical methods, writing or review of validation reports & preparation of SOP’s. Well experience in Disinfectant selection, preparation and concentration optimization to control microbial issues. Trouble shooting, CAPA investigations, identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Out of specification (OOS), Out of trend (OOT) investigations and Trend Analysis-Control Chart for assigned field. Conducting the risk assessment for developing and preparing the safety protocols \[PRP, OPRP, and CCP\].
• Setting the specification for the instruments (Technical bit & negotiations), technical support in the procurement and set of Bioscience laboratory \[Microbiology/Biotechnology labs\] in accordance with ISO17025 as per NABL needs.
