o Plans, organizes, and implements inventory operations and procedures
o supervises Physical Inventory Count.
o Reviews daily inventory activity, maintains accurate inventory master files, manufacturer and catalog numbers, minimums and material descriptions.
o Remains current on new and obsolete materials. Maintains adequate levels of inventory stock.
o Reviews purchase order requests and compares expenditures with budget appropriations
o Researches vendor, pricing, and manufacturer information
o Maintains Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) files in an up-to-date status
o Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling, including labeling, stocking and organizing stock items on shelving

Responsibilities in this role included:
 To ensure continuous supply of raw material.
 Procure the raw material at low cast.
 To maintain consistent quality.
 Develop new sources and new materials.
 Supervises the construction material to ensure that they are no defective items in the material.
Supervises the inventory available and generate monthly inventory report.
 Maintain the ongoing relation with the supplier

 Manage purchasing activities to make sure the timely procurement of all goods and services
 Direct warehouse activities to include receiving, inspecting, shipping and distribution
 Perform physical inventories as required, Consult with other departments to coordinate material service needs, Establish standards specifications, Solve purchasing related problems
 Prepare complex bid solicitations, bid analyses, and recommends awards of contract for a wide range of non-standard materials and supplies
 Ensure materials are delivered according to contract specifications
 Establish purchasing policies
 Participate in employee selection process
 Evaluate the performance of purchasing warehouse personnel, Provide training, counseling, and discipline as necessary
 Monitor and report the annual budget for the Purchasing Division
