• Preparation of vouchers.
• Book keeping through Quick Book Software.

• Preparing Presentations and delivering to donor and other stakeholders.
Supervise Program Field office Finance department and coordinate in the overall working of Finance Department in the ERRP.
Coordinate and supervise all financial transactions and work with close liaison with QPO finance office.
Prepare and submit periodical financial reports to the Finance department.
Design and present specific financial reports to the management
Ensure the physical security and that the records are kept in line and up to date with the system.
Facilitate Grants and Finance manager in preparation of budgets
Ensure compliance with manuals and GAAP in all financial matters.
Facilitate the Internal / External Auditors
Undertakes any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Check thoroughly all bills received for payment
Prepare bank and cash expenses summary and handle petty cash
Preparation of cash projection
•The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative is a Program of Federal Government in respect of provision of Health services to the masses at Basic Health Units. The Ministry of Industries, Production and Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan has launched this Program. It is public-private partnership aiming at improving the delivery of Primary Healthcare (PHC) by improving the services at BHUs and making the BHUs fully functional.
In PPHI as Executive Finannce & Accounts my responsibilities are to prepare final accounts and Bank reconcilation statements on monthly and annual basis, assist in district audit as and when reqiured.prepare a monthly work plan and get approval from the district Manager.prepare monthly and quartely Budget including contingencies and salaries etc.and any other necessery task or reporting asssigned by the DSM (Dsitrict Support Manager). making noting and drafting, coordination/meetings with AG office, Finance Department and District Government for Budget preparation, allocation and releasing process, Salaries, SNEs, vacant post budgets Income Tax / Sale Tax issues Taxes and correspondence, conducting and making necessary arrangements for internal and external Audit every year. Preparation of District Government Budget including all financial riles and regulation. Understanding and implementation of government financial rules procedures.visits to BHUs and see the condition of repair work and submitt report to Head Office for release of Budget, making presentations and briefs to DC (Deputy Commissioner) of District Lasbela.
